About Poonamm Kasat
My health journey began with a struggle many of us face—I was constantly fatigued, relying on antacids just to get through the day, feeling stuck in a cycle of low energy and poor health. Life felt heavy, and that’s when I knew I needed a change. My turning point came when I joined an experiential course at The Health Awareness Centre (THAC). It was here that I discovered how the right food and lifestyle choices can truly heal the body.
As a nature lover, I’ve always believed in the power of plants and nature to restore balance. The concept of food as medicine resonated deeply with me, and this passion led me to pursue formal training in Integrative Nutrition. My journey didn’t stop there—I’ve since completed several courses, gaining in-depth knowledge of holistic wellness and nutrition to help others reclaim their health, just as I did.
Today, I dedicate myself to guiding individuals on their wellness journey, helping them address root causes of health issues like weight management, hormonal imbalances, and chronic conditions such as thyroid, diabetes, and PCOS. My approach is centered around healing the gut and liver, which I believe are key to restoring vitality.
I’m not just here to provide health advice—I’m here to walk this path with you, to empower and educate you so that you can take control of your health and well-being. Together, we will cultivate a life where you thrive, not just survive.
