With over 10 years of experience, I’ve developed a proven program that helps manage chronic health conditions, reboot hormones, heal the gut, and improve your relationship with food. My program helps you let go of ‘diet culture’ and instead focuses on restoring your health from the inside out.

• Follow-up calls every 15 days, with constant support via WhatsApp
